Mr. Pinilis concentrates primarily in handling class action litigation, consumer fraud claims, commercial litigation, and personal injury/negligence actions involving significant injuries.
Mr. Pinilis has served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall School of Law since 1995. He also lectures with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has lectured on Consumer Fraud Litigation and regularly teaches the mandatory continuing legal education course Civil Trial Preparation.

Mr. Halpern concentrates on complex commercial and personal injury litigation. He has had a broad range of experience in litigating matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Halpern has also served as litigation counsel for municipal government in all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Halpern has lectured on consumer contacts, commercial collections and New Jersey Foreclosure Practice. He is a certified legal instructor to the New Jersey Board of Master Plumbers.
